INSTICK Classic is the core range: 30 fruity and refreshing flavors, from Lemon and Watermelon to Forest Fruits and Piña Colada. Each stick is mixed with 0.5–2.5 liters of still or sparkling water, so you control how strong you want it. It's the easiest starting point if you're new to INSTICK — and with this many flavors, there's room to rotate through a different one every day.
INSTICK Ice Tea — a lighter, tea-based refresh
INSTICK Ice Tea is made with real black or green tea extract, so it has a subtle bitterness and a more authentic iced-tea taste than a typical fruit drink. Flavors like Raspberry–Lime, Peach, and Hibiscus & Cherry Blossom work well on warm days, and the tea extract brings a small amount of naturally sourced caffeine along with the flavor.
INSTICK Energy — when you need a boost
Each INSTICK Energy stick contains 52 mg of caffeine, 640 mg of taurine, and vitamins, with no added sugar — mixed into 0.25 liters of water. It's built for the moments a regular energy drink would usually cover: a slow afternoon at work, a training session, or just needing a lift without the can and the sugar. Flavors include Cola–Orange, Blueberry–Coconut, and Açaí Berries alongside the original Energy flavor.
INSTICK Milk — for coffee, smoothies, and desserts
INSTICK Milk is a different kind of stick — designed for milk and plant-based drinks rather than water. Stir Vanilla, Hazelnut, or Iced Coffee into your morning coffee, mix Chocolate or Caramel into milk, or use any flavor to cut the added sugar in yogurt, quark, or a dessert. One stick covers 0.5–1 liter of milk or a plant-based alternative.
INSTICK Sport Active — hydration around training
INSTICK Sport Active replaces the electrolytes — sodium, potassium, magnesium — that plain water doesn't, along with vitamin C and B vitamins for energy metabolism and recovery.
